“Lure” Cookbook Wins Applied Arts Award
We are delighted to announce that Lure cookbook by Ned Bell and Valerie Howes has won an Applied Arts Award in the Complete Book Design category.
“Chef Ned Bell is an advocate for sustainable seafood. This book sets out to educate and capture the imaginations of chefs and home cooks. The design reflects a modern and considered approach to the material and philosophy. The palette is informed by the subtle colours that can be appreciated within the shores of the west coast. The species profile photography is a captivating feature celebrating each of the varieties included in the volume.”
