Deal Announcement: Trevor Lui Cookbook
Figure 1 Publishing has signed Toronto-based chef, restauranteur, and culinary storyteller Trevor Lui to write a cookbook for Fall 2020. Trevor has co-created and developed some of Toronto’s foremost food brands: Kanpai Snack Bar, Yatai Japanese Street Food, Shook Noodle, La Brea Food, Fat Rabbit Foods, Nashville Hot Chicken, Pop Kitchen and Makan. His agency Highball Group also curates uniquely immersive culinary events that pushes the boundaries of innovation. This is Trevor’s first cookbook.
