Following on the heels of the Calgary Cooks cookbook comes an anthology of cooking recipes from forty of Calgary’s best restaurants and bars. Calgary Eats is by Gail Norton, owner of The Cookbook Co. Cooks bookstore and cooking school, and the publisher of City Palate magazine, and Karen Ralph. It will be available in stores fall 2019.
